Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
I’m extremely goal driven and learning more about my own limits is definitely a goal. I want to motivation others and make a difference to anyone who is enthusiastic about fitness, and even to those who are not. Too many people want to be like the next person, instead of actually looking at themselves, appreciating what they have and making the most of what God gave them. I compete, so I train 5-6 times a week as I would like to achieve more titles and my IFBB Pro Card to compete overseas and meet my favourite athletes who motivate me. I’m extremely driven and always try make a success of everything I take on. With the knowledge I have gained I would love to train people and teach them about living a healthier lifestyle so that they can feel more confident and reach their goals.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
I competed in the 2018 IFBB Millennium Gold Plate and won my division (Beach Bikini) and the Overall title.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
My whole life I’ve always wanted to make some a difference, and as the next USN Face of Fitness I believe I will have the platform to help educate others on the importance of nutrition and exercise, and can help to motivate and inspire numerous individuals. I think i have a very spontaneous and fun personality, but I am also serious when I need be. I am also genuine, so people will be able to relate to me. I like new challenges and pushing myself to new limits. I think i have all the characteristics to be an ambassador, even though there will always be someone prettier or smarter. However, I know who I am and what I have to offer. Knowing that there is always room to learn and grow gives me the drive to succeed, so I will make a success of anything that i’m faced with while having fun.
