I have always been passionate about the fitness industry. In 2009 I completed my personal training qualifications. My business has gone from strength to strength and so rewarding when my clients achieve the goals they set out for.

How fitness fits into her lifestyle:
Fitness is part of my everyday life. Training clients as well as myself. I alternate between cardio and weights in the week with one rest day and to end off the week with a run on a Sunday. I thrive on cardio so running is my happy place. In the last few years I have started enjoying weight training and the results are amazing.
