Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
I started competing in fitness competitions in 2012 and won a few trophies, but have since then hung up my Perspex heels in search of a more authentic and sustainable approach to being fit and healthy. I focus on getting stronger, both physically and mentally, and am always working towards improving on who I was yesterday. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I train at least 6 times a week. I am very passionate about colourful, vibrant and healthy foods, and I love sharing knowledge and recipes with fellow foodies. I believe, as women, we should uplift and empower one another as we all strive to be the best versions of ourselves.
What fitness achievements should we know about?

Why do you think you’re the next USN Face of Fitness?
I feel that I am capable of representing the brand well because I live by the same beliefs that the brand stands for. Health and fitness plays a major role in my everyday life, and I am always aiming to learn and grow. Entering the USN Face of Fitness competition has always been a dream of mine and being affiliated with the brand would be an absolute honour for me. From experience gained in the fitness industry, I have learnt how to achieve balance and consistency, and am able to maintain a bikini-ready physique all year round.
