I consider myself a yogi first and foremost, but I’m also a newbie weightlifter. I’m passionate about fitness, health and nutrition. I don’t just encourage good physical health regimens, but I try to teach people the importance of good mental health and mindfulness practices for overall well-being.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?

I train 4 times a week and follow a healthy lifestyle for my mental and physical health. I also try to get in walks during the day and I regularly wake up at 5 am to practice yoga.

What are your personal fitness goals?

I aim to get stronger and healthier with the use of weightlifting, good nutrition, mindfulness, and education regarding good physical and mental health. I also aim to teach women the importance of strength training and empower them to make good choices for their mental health and well-being.
