What are your fitness goals?

My goals are to get stronger and more flexible, attain ultimate control of my entire body and improve in my physical abilities (speed, strength etc.) to live a full active life. to be able to go on as many adventures as possible and improving my dance skills, with my physical abilities being the least of my problems.

I’ve been featured in magazines/newspapers publications including:

I’ve had a fitness section on VOWFM which was dedicated to all things wellness/fitness and nutrition. I’ve established a boot camp named “Dancing with Kelly” which is based on performing cardio and functional training through modern (mainly African) dance style.

Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?

I wake up everyday and aim to challenge myself and I’m no stranger to hard work. I want to change the face of fitness for others to more conventional workouts. I want to show people` that fitness is so much fun and make it easier to become a regular practice.

Fitness is my lifestyle, a passion, a motivator. Being the Face of USN will help me, help others to take that first step into a decision that will change their lives in the same ways that it has changed mine. Not only physically but also mentally, emotionally and spiritually. There’s a certain energy that regular physical exercise produces that has a massive impact on all other spheres of your mind, body and soul, and id like to share that experience with the world.

Health is also more than just fitness. Health education on supplement use and substitution for health benefits to living a healthy life is important and having experienced the benefits of supplement use when used right. I want to help other people understand they’re supplements so they can work in line of their goals to achieve results. The biggest problem that people have is that they don’t really understand how and which supplements to use for effective training or wellness. USN as a supplement brand can ridge this gap and grow the fitness industry as well as promote easier execution of healthier lifestyles.
