I am a qualified fitness instructor with 7 years experience in both group and personal training. Having had experience in both DJing and radio presenting, I like to think I bring good energy and am able to uplift and motivate in every session I teach. Helping others achieve their goals and seeing progress in clients has to be one of the most rewarding feelings ever. I strongly believe in following your dreams and remembering that giving up is never an option.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
Starting out in boxing instructing then branching out into personal training has made fitness a massive part of my lifestyle – I absolutely love it! Since before I can remember, fitness has been my happy place. I exercise 5-6 times per week and am always up to something active on the weekends, from jogging to hiking, or playing golf or tennis. All progress takes place outside your comfort zone.
What are your personal fitness goals?
For me, having goals is such an important part of your fitness journey. Speaking from experience, every time I have set myself a goal, my attitude and approach is always a lot more determined. I am more motivated and can’t wait to reach that end goal, while remembering to enjoy the journey while getting there and recognising what it takes physically, emotionally and mentally. I have completed 3 half marathons and would love to conquer a full marathon. Bikini Fitness competing is definitely on my list, as are maintaining the figure I have worked for and furthering my studies in nutrition.
