Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
My goal is to turn pro in the wellness division of the bikini competitions.
I’m currently training lower body and shoulder 3 times a week because I want to grow those parts of my physique.
From a personal perspective – I want to develop my business and brand and help reach a wider audience. I want to continue to train others and help them fall in love with themselves, hopefully host workshops for body confidence, seminars, challenges. I want to help educate people about fitness and nutrition in a sustainable manner.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
Not yet, but I have my eye on the prize.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
From a personal perspective, I think I am the USN Face of Fitness because I eat, sleep and breathe fitness. It’s my willingness to be so open about my journey, struggles, process etc with every one on my social media. I do not want to just be a well known fitness personality or fitfluencer. I want to be a relatable, honest, inspiring woman that other woman can feel comfortable enough to approach for help and guidance.
Everything I do is based off of my own experiences with pain, body image issues, health issues, eating disorders. And I want others to know they are not alone, they have a hand to hold and a shoulder to cry on. My own personal goal is to help others heal, to help others see they beauty that they were blessed with. I am unbelievably passionate about what I do. People deserve to feel beautiful, healthy and happy. My purpose is to do just that.
