Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
My long-term fitness goal is to be able to help those who don’t have a positive mindset with regard to training. I want to help those who struggle to find motivation, and show them that training is an important part of your well-being and should be taken seriously. The main reason I train is to maintain a healthy lifestyle and a positive mindset during the day.
What sporting achievements should we know about?
I’ve competed in several CrossFit competitions, placing 9th in the Clarens Winter Games, and 1st in the Polokwane Throwdown
Why do you think you’re the next USN Face of Fitness?
During my 10 years of intense tennis training I had a coach who helped me through my tough times. The ability to rely on someone to fuel your motivation to train really helps when you want to give up. I want to be the USN Face of Fitness to be the person my coach was to me. I want to help others to become greater than they already are, and help them achieve those goals they thought were unreachable.
