What are your fitness goals?
I strive for balance, but I am also very dedicated and goal orientated. I love having something to work towards as this guides and inspires me. In the end I want to be able to say I did it, and not regret that I didn’t go for it! Life is too short, and who doesn’t want to go through it feeling healthy and looking superb? I set goals for myself in every aspect of my life and nothing gives me greater motivation than smashing them with grace!

Why do you think you’re the next USN Face of Fitness?
I know that fitness and health are not only for the young and fit. Fitness magazine reaches so many homes, giving people motivation, inspiration and advice on using supplements like those from USN. It is important to me that every woman realises that she can also set reasonable goals and adopt balanced eating habits to feel comfortable in her own skin, and look fabulous. I want to be that woman who inspires working women, moms and people with hectic lifestyles, so they too can discover their inner goddess.
