What are your personal fitness goals?
To build my body to a point where all my muscles are visible. I have a few body-goal role models that I look up to track my progress like Massy Arias, because she’s my body type.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
I will share my body transformation progress because people tend to follow what you do and get encouraged when you do it consistently, and I will create challenges to encourage women to keep engaging in fitness.
What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?
I know what it looks like, now what do I have to do to get there? Just do it. Now!
Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I train consistently, even finding time to exercise when I have a lot of work to do. On chilled days, I work out in the morning and run in the evening. I take up challenges when I feel less motivated or want to switch up my workout routine because I have a competition personality. I work out 4-6 times a week, I hydrate a lot, and I always check how much calories I take in and burn daily. I take pre-workout foods when I can, and I always eat something with protein after a workout.

Living a fitness-focused lifestyle comes naturally to me because I am passionate about it. I’m always excited to work out. I research fitness in my spare time and invest time to learn about new things.
