What are your fitness goals?
To be better than when i started. To motivate myself and others to make healthy changes and start feeling good about ourselves. I still have a lot of work to do to achieve the look I want, but I’m getting there!

I think i can help and motivate others to achieve their dreams. You are never too old to start, so never give up! I want to show others that with dedication and the right mindset, anything can be achieved.
