Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
I would love to take part in more out obstacle courses and get a group running squad together in my area, so we can still jog but feel safe in numbers as crime in SA is very high. I would love to open up my own gym facility, even a small at-home studio where I can live my dream from home and coach people from my doorstep! Another goal is online training. I’d love to host videos and teach people online! In a world of so many technical advantages compared to the old times, being your own boss is possible!
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
Achieved Personal Training Diploma and higher certification, Group aerobics qualification as well as Sports administration certification. Worked at a women’s gym called Curves as well as a Fitness Instructor at Ignite Fitness. Currently giving my own community-based fitness classes for people 60 and older.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I am a young fresh face, with lots of energy and a great following. I know my knowledge and my passion for fitness and health is visible throughout. From my dedication to my love for helping others achieve their best and feel great about their health and body image.
