Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
My goal isn’t to compete. My goal is to age naturally and healthily. Staying fit and active also keeps my body strong. I love to motivate and inspire other women, which is another goal of mine. If I can help to motivate any individual to train, I would say I’ve achieved my goal. Fitness is a lifestyle, and it’s a passion of mine.
What other fitness achievements should we know about?
I used to play field hockey for the Southern Lions and the Daisies when I moved to Pretoria. I was also selected as a finalist for Sports Woman of the Year through the Vaal Weekblad in the Vaal Driehoek.
Why do you think you’re the next USN Face of Fitness?
I live to inspire others. I’m obsessed about being a woman who is comfortable in her own skin and I know that I have the power to help other woman feel the same. Although I’m still young, being fit is my entire life. I’ve learned a number of lessons already and I know how to help other women reach their goals. I’m always positive and I’m never afraid to work hard to achieve success. I know I’m the perfect candidate to be the USN Face of Fitness because I am confident and strong – I won’t just represent the brand, I personify it.
