What are your fitness goals?
I believe in avoiding fad diets and make healthy lifestyle choices. If you find a healthy balance, you’ll find your healthy weight. You should never try to look like someone else, being yourself is unique. My long term goal is to keep on growing in this industry. For me, it is important to have short term goals like bettering my HIT sessions, physique, weights or time during exercising. This keeps me focused and motivated.

Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
2016 was the year I decided to be part of the fitness industry and worked hard towards meeting my goals. One of these goals is to be on the cover of fitness magazine also being a USN brand ambassador.
I truly want to portray to others what it means to be healthy and fit, and no matter what your obstacles are, never quite because with one workout you move one step closer to your goal, and with each rep you get stronger, test your limits and prove your inner and outer strength, you’ll feel lighter, happier and more energized.
