Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
As an athlete, setting goals is most important to stay focused and motivated. I always strive to be better than before, being fit comes with responsibility and your work ethic will determine the outcome of your goals. It’s also about not giving up, when life gives you lemons you make lemonade, but giving up is not an option for me.
My goal is to inspire others, to be fit and healthy in mind, body and soul, cause your body won’t go where your mind doesn’t push it and without the fire in your soul, your mind will become your worst enemy.

Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
Being the face or ambassador of USN has been a dream and goal for me since I started my fitness journey 7 years ago when I did the USN 12 week challenge. Being healthily fit became my lifestyle which is synonymous with USN. Being fit and healthy has given me the confidence to step on stage and become a South African Champ and represent my country abroad.
Confidence is your best asset in this industry, confident in setting new goals, confident in working for those set goals and confident in achieving them. USN is an international brand and to represent such a renown brand would be an absolute honour and definitely boost my fitness career.
My goal as an USN Face of Fitness would be: Aspire to Inspire, to give hope to those in need of fulfilling a healthier lifestyle and to assist to achieving set goals.
