What are your fitness goals?
My short term fitness goals will be to excel at the IFBB SA Championships and in all my other planned competitions this year. My long term goal would be to become a Worldwide motivational speaker. To always maintain a positive mindset even if it is tough. I would also like to study a personal training diploma to help others reach their own fitness goals. I want to take on Zulu as a new language this year 2019. I would also like to improve my endurance and flexibility. Developing my fitness model image is important to me to inspire woman and show them the reality of what it takes to get there.
