What are your personal fitness goals?
I set weekly goals for myself. I feel that it is so incredibly important to set not only long term goals for yourself, but also short term goals. My ultimate goal for my personal fitness journey is to just be fit, healthy and happy not only physically, but also mentally. I exercise everyday, but also place a lot of emphasis on listening to my body and giving it the nutrition and exercise it needs. Ultimately your body is a temple, and you only have one. Therefore it is so important to give your body what it NEEDS.
My goals in my fitness career vary from small achievements (like being able to do a pull up) to big career opportunities (opening my own fitness facility and helping people reach their own fitness goals).
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
My goal is to inspire women (and men, because, well, it is 2020 😉 ) to become the best version of themselves and just be fit and healthy. I want to inspire people to listen to their bodies and not overdo it. So often people place so much pressure on themselves, because they ate the wrong foods or had a treat DAY instead of just one treat. I aspire to help people realise that it is FINE to treat yourself, don’t punish yourself. Exercise should be done because you enjoy it, not to punish yourself for eating the wrong foods. There is so much pressure in society to conform to rules about beauty and fitness standards. My goal is to help people love themselves for who they are, and love their body just the way it is. You are your own beautiful person, and society is not the ruler over your life. My ultimate goal is to help women be confident, fierce and strong in their own bodies. I want to help women take that first step into their fitness journeys and be there to support and encourage them every step of the way.
I will use my ambassadorship to reach as many people as possible, and build a community where people can exercise together and motivate each other in their own personal fitness goals. I want to use this platform to help people to become not only fit, but also happy in their own bodies and encourage each other to be happy.
I have a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, and will use my knowledge about the human body, physiology and exercise to educate other people and answer any questions that people might have. I love doing research about different fitness topics and trends, and will therefore educate people by backing up statements made by science and articles.

I am a firm believer that you are in charge of your own life, and when you put out positive energy, positive things will happen. You create the path you walk on, and this is the same for your fitness journey. You have the power to change your exercise and eating habits to become a more fit and healthy version of yourself.
Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I love working out and doing different types of workouts. I am a Crossfit athlete, so most of my workouts consist of Crossfit workouts. I am also a HIIT coach and I also do the workouts with the girls. These workouts are normally body-weight only.
I love doing adventurous things, going for hikes, surfing and doing beach workouts. On my rest days I love doing yoga.
