I was in a car accident on 30 September 2018 that left me paralysed. It took me a long time to get up and start from scratch, learning everything all over again: how to dress myself, how to sit without balance, literally everything. I believe I’m here to Inspire and motivate everyone else around me through my passion for fitness. I know that it’s possible. If I can do it, there’s no excuse for anyone else. We can make it work.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
I love being healthy, working out, playing with my kids and being active. I always try my best to work out 5 times a week for an hour.
What are your personal fitness goals?
My personal fitness goals are to be the best I can be in fitness and to show everyone else that you don’t need legs to be into fitness or reach your goals. I believe that I can inspire and motivate everyone around me to live healthier.
