What are your personal fitness goals?
To shred stubborn fat on my belly, thighs and butt and then tone my whole body. I will work to maintain my new body afterwards.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
I want to build a social media following to help those around me;. my family, friends, relatives, colleagues, neighbours and my community, by sharing lessons I’ve learnt from my weight-loss journey. I will inspire them by being living proof that you don’t have to be famous or have thousands of followers to live a healthy, active lifestyle. My message will be that it starts with you, and that you must do it for yourself and no one else.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I train 4-6 times a week. I do cardio, HIIT and strength training. I run once or twice a week to keep the balance. I prepare my meals to eat healthfully, and detox and cleanse now and then. I also implement intermittent fasting occasionally when I feel it’s needed.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
Because life is a gamble. It offers us opportunities, chances and possibilities… maybe this is my time?
