What are your personal fitness goals?
I live and breathe fitness. I aspire to live a healthy and fit lifestyle and to create a better version of myself. I aim to live this lifestyle with consistency and balance. I am a Certified Personal Trainer. I am currently doing my Diploma in Personal Training and want to continue my studies in Specialised Nutrition. I have a huge love for bodybuilding as I truly feel alive when I step on stage after my months of hard work. I have competed for 3 years. My goals in this sport is to receive my Protea colours and my Pro card.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
I will help women get onto the right path by guiding them and feeding them with the correct knowledge about living a healthy lifestyle and achieving the goals they have set. This competition will open doors for me to help me grow as a person, which will benefit other people that I have the honour to help.

Everything happens for a reason.
Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I am a sucker for routine, and this is what I create every day to help myself stay on track and achieve my goals. Exercise is my therapy and my happy place. It is where I can challenge myself mentally and physically. I train 6 days a week. A session consists of weight training and cardio to finish. I rest on Sundays. Nutrition plays a huge part in my life. I used to have a very unhealthy relationship with food and used it as a form of comfort instead of fuel. I have made it a mission over the years to create a healthy balance. I eat 5-6 meals a day which consists of wholesome foods that my coach prescribes.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I feel like I represent this lifestyle by being truthful, honest and real. This lifestyle has saved me and has brought so much self-love into my life. It sets a fire inside of me and this is something I feel people should feel every day. After overcoming my own transformation, it led me to my purpose in life and that is to help others find their way to this healthy lifestyle, to be fit and healthy, to feel comfortable in their own skin and to love themselves.
