Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
My fitness goals come purely from the passion I have for this industry.
My fitness goals are not just to have a great or the best body but also to have a fit, strong and healthy mind. My goals are all about being and living a healthy balanced lifestyle with a healthy, strong mind, to be healthy but not just fit.
To not chase numbers on scales but feeling happy, positive and fit each day in the mirror. To inspire and make other people more passionate about this industry and make them fall in love with this lifestyle and with themselves.
So, I not just only have my own fitness goals but goals and an ambition to change the game for this industry and show my passion and love to others for this lifestyle. And to go out and go to schools and create events where I want to spread the journey for this industry and be heard to reach as many as possible of the young generation. So I can help more and more people to achieve their fitness goals.

Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I believe I am the USN Face of Fitness because fitness for me, it’s a passion, not only a status. Fitness saved my life. It changes how I feel about myself.
I passed through eating disorders and image disorders, and today, I am in peace with my body and completely in love with myself. This self-love and confidence that I feel today is something that must be shared. So I want to be heard, show my creative, healthy recipes and about how the fitness lifestyle can be fun and enjoyable. To send a message to the women out there that they are worth it and that they can change. That its a lifestyle change and not only a hobby.
Yeah and of course show them that maybe today I am a cover girl (which I am aiming to be), but one day I was sitting in front of the mirror with a 20l pot of ice cream and a huge tub of Nutella crying after having all of that. But not anymore, I found myself, I found happiness, and I want people to be happy and healthy in the inside and outside of their body’s because of this!
If everyone is happy and in love with themselves, there’s no depression, no sadness and we can build a better and healthier world.
