I’m a personal trainer at Virgin Active. I’m also a personal trainer mentor for Virgin Active and a PhysicalQ ambassador. My qualifications include Exercise is Medicine Specialist (EIM), NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, Boxing Level 3 certified instructor, Sport Conditioning Coach and Gracie jiu-Jitsu practitioner. As a personal trainer, my passion is to inspire other women to look, feel and be the best version of themselves.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
I believe the human body is meant to move. Therefore, I participate in a variety of physical activities including boxing, weight training, yoga, hiking, trail running, BJJ and swimming. I travel frequently and love exploring new destinations by trying out hiking trails and fitness facilities in the area.
What are your personal fitness goals?
I’ve learnt that no matter how great your body looks, what really matters is how you feel inside. So I now train more for the health benefits and mental clarity. Having a great looking physique is an added bonus.
