Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
I want to inspire more women, so they too can live a healthy and happy life. I want to study personal training next year so I can have a broader knowledge and understanding of health and fitness. I am also training to compete in the WBFF next year. I really want to get my pro card and want to one day compete at WBFF Worlds.
What fitness achievements should we know about?
I started competing in fitness competitions for the first time this year. I placed 4th in my first show, the Millenium Gold plate, in the Bikini division. I also placed second on the same day for the Face of Xtyle competition. I placed 8th in a line up of 36 beautiful ladies in my division at the Fitness Runway Model South Africa show.
Why do you think you’re the next USN Face of Fitness?
I believe that I can make a difference in women’s lives. You only have one life and every lady deserves to feel confident and happy with her body. It’s a snowball effect and we can all work together to inspire and support one another. I love USN as a brand and what it stands for. I only have USN products in my cupboard, because the shakes, pre-workouts and bars taste amazing. It’s also so important to use a reputable brand so you know that quality products are going into your body. I’m a very confident, driven and positive person.
