What are your personal fitness goals?
To be the best version of myself in any situation life presents me with. To be healthy and strong to play with my children, and to be an encouragement for others.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
I will strive to motivate and encourage women on their fitness journey, and create healthy challenges on Facebook for those who need a bit more direction. I will share my healthy recipes on Instagram to assist with diet and meal planning.
What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?
You never fail unless you stop trying.
Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I force myself out of bed 6 days a week to work out. I do a combination of cardio, HIIT, Tabata and weights. On Sundays I love going on hikes with the family, if I don’t work on race time keeping, which I absolutely love doing.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I am an example of not giving up on my fitness journey! I have 5 children, including twins, and never gave up trying. I want to convince women that age, time and children do not have to stop you from going after your goal. It can be achieved, but only if you want it badly enough.
