I want to maintain an active lifestyle, combined with healthy eating. I would like to be toned, fitter and stronger.
Why do you think you’re the next USN Face of Fitness?
As a person who hasn’t always been active, i want to show others, especially women, that it is possible to start and commit. I want to be able to motivate women to keep active and eat healthily. I want women to be motivated and commit to a fitness lifestyle, and to never get discouraged and give up. I would like women to know that weightlifting is not only for men and bodybuilders. Weightlifting builds strength and tones the body.
I want other women to be motivated by my journey and realise that it’s never too late to start. You can smart small and work up from there.
