What are your personal fitness goals?
I am currently an IFBB bikini fitness athlete, and I want to go further in the sport of bodybuilding.
I aim to portray a healthy sustainable image, to inspire ladies into having a well balanced fit life.
I see living healthy as a long term commitment, to which I am incorporating everything I do into a sustainable lifestyle rather than a fad.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
Biogen opens up a platform to many women of all ethnicities, ages, and health levels.
My understanding and knowledge on the female body health related issues, which I do share on my social media platforms, will reach more ladies and empower them to lead a lifestyle which suits their individual health needs. I understand that their bodies are different and have different fitness requirements. I want to empower them to make healthier decisions.
I can help them understand the supplementation part of living healthy, and how to incorporate it into their busy daily schedules.
I want to make them see that they can have it all, be it all and still be fit. By being a living example of this. Someone they can relate to. And someone that is honest.
What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?
Consistency, discipline and a good working ethic will enable you to have whatever you want in life.
