What are your fitness goals?
My fitness goals are to continue to be the best healthiest version of myself, I strive to be fit, healthy and happy. Looking good in the process just helps boost my confidence and motivates me in the gym. I strive to continue to inspire others through fitness. My immediate fitness goal is to compete at the WBFF in 2020, and perhaps even receive a 1st place medal. A major goal for me is to be the 2019 USN Face of Fitness Winner.

Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I am always consistent with my training and health and believe this is the key to longevity and to be your healthiest self. It is important to portray this in everyday life not only when you’re in the gym or prepping for a show or photo shoot but in normal everyday life.
I can attest to this and will continue to help and show more women how to live this way no matter what life throws at you. I am such a foodie, I love cooking and baking and often use the USN products in my food. Taste is a very important aspect to me.
I would like to teach people how to enjoy their food and enjoy healthy eating. I would also like to educate people about a clean diet and why the right supplementation is so important.
As a Pilates instructor my main mission is to get people connected with their bodies, we learn that this connection is vital and completely necessary in the pursuit of happiness with ones body. I know that working with USN I can take one step closer to not only achieving my own fitness goals, but assisting others along the way.
