Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
Growing up as a young girl playing netball at a young age and through high school and became part of a bad national team opened my mind on living a healthy lifestyle. My fitness goal is to live and inspire young people to always invest in their health because we have one life to live. We need to be grateful to God for the fact that we can run, push, bend, twist and do all sorts of movements without struggling.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
To be honest, it will be a great honour if I could be the face of USN then I would have a better platform to inspire so many young women who wish to train but lack motivation. I’ve always said to my friends; it’s a blessing to wake up in the morning and be able to brush your teeth whereas some people can not. Training starts with one person changing their mindset and understanding why you must exercise. It’s not only for physical strength but mental well-being as well which we l need in our day to day lives.
