Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
I’m in it for the long run with a consistent approach to training and nutrition. In 2019 I will come out of my comfort zone and compete on stage for the first time. I will also focus on flexibility and balance throughout the year. I have enrolled for Sports Management with Trifocus Fitness Academy and as a Pole Fitness Instructor course with SA Pole Fitness Association. My goal is to complete both courses in 2019.
What sporting or fitness achievements should we know about?
I’m a Clarens Winter Games CrossFit athlete. I qualified for the Battle CrossFit Games. I am also a provincial & SA Junior Olympic hockey player.
Why do you think you’re the next USN Face of Fitness?
I am passionate and goal driven. When I put my mind to something, I succeed. I am the next Face of Fitness as I am ready to work hard to promote USN, Fitness mag and Fusion Labs. I will do what is needed to ensure the brands are marketed in the best possible way. I inspire and motivate other people on a daily basis, and as the USN Face of Fitness, I will inspire more women.
