Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
My daily goal is to make time to move my body in a new way. Whether that be a sweaty bikram yoga class, a long run, fast sprint, or a killer weights session at the gym, I make it a priority to exercise and to learn something new. I employ various styles of training and movement into my daily regimen to ensure that I never plateau and that I stay excited and inspired to train every day. I love a challenge and am highly competitive, so I push myself to achieve small goals every day. I never allow myself to settle for doing the same workouts or being in the same space physically or mentally. I am constantly searching for new goals and challenges and pushing myself to see what I am capable of. Other goals I would love to achieve are winning our local parkrun (not just for the ladies), running the Paris half marathon, winning the Skiathos 5km run, and becoming a certified Ashtanga yoga instructor in India and progressing into a multitude of arm balancing yoga postures.

Why do you think you’re the next USN Face of Fitness?
I have everything that it takes to be the USN Face of Fitness 2018. I have an enormous amount of passion and enthusiasm for fitness and wellness. I am motivated, hard working and excited to share my love of fitness with the world. Being a personal trainer and fitluencer takes a lot of patience, understanding and compassion, with just the right amount of fire and drive. I believe that having a balance between my different styles of training and my body, mind and soul approach to health and fitness gives me the edge I need to succeed. I have never been more ready for this in my life.
