What are your fitness goals?
My initial goal was to gain healthy weight because I used to weigh 47kg. I now weigh a healthy 65kg, which I am happy with. My current goal is to build muscle definition while maintaining my new healthy weight.
Why do you think you’re the next USN Face of Fitness?
I am a vibrant individual with a huge love for fitness. What started as a goal turned into a lifestyle. My story started as a skinny girl who, after turning 30, could barely get to 50kg. Now I live breathe, eat and live fitness. Through my journey I have developed a need to help others using what I have and continue to learn. I want to help others feel the joy, peace, energy, strength and confidence that comes from enhanced fitness, which is why I think that I am the next USN Face of Fitness!
