What are your fitness goals?
To maintain a lifestyle that compliments a good physique, which is ever-changing and reachable during every stage of my life. My current lifestyle consists of two workouts – fasted cardio in the morning and weight training in the evening. At a stage in my life I was very chubby, until I realised how unhealthy the way I was living was, I started my journey 5 years ago, and the satisfaction on my face blooms every day.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
Image is an important factor to us as woman. Our image is the main accessory we wear around our neck, showing the world how self-confident we are in our own bodies. Self-confidence reflects security, your uniqueness, and the pride you have of your achievements. Living my lifestyle means I lead by example and not by lip service. I am currently doing my Hons in Labour Relations, while maintaining a healthy lifestyle every day that is achievable. What keeps me going is balance, planning, and my commitment and enthusiasm for the process. I know the importance of social media and will represent the brand with a high level of professionalism. Through my years of building relationships with others, I have created a well-respected, high quality online presence.
