I’m a mommy to a beautiful 5-year-old boy. I’m incredibly passionate about health and fitness but most of all, having a healthy and happy mindset. This has been the biggest transformation for me and if I can inspire or help another woman feel better and good within themselves, this would be my greatest achievement! I love weight training and surrounding myself with like-minded people. On weekends, you’ll find me training with friends at the gym or joining in a fun outdoors HIIT event. I’ve made the most incredible friends through this journey and the love and kindness I’ve received has been the biggest blessing to me. I never thought that at 41 I would have achieved and experienced all that I have and I want to show any other woman that you can do anything that your heart desires if you just go for it!

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
Over the last 17 months I’ve gone through one of the toughest times of my life. For me being able to show up every day for myself in the gym has honestly been the one thing that has kept me pushing forward. I think without having this already as my daily routine and having learnt so much by creating small habits for myself and the love and self respect I’ve shown myself, I don’t think I would have got through like I have. It has become a big part of my life! I love weight training and seeing how my body has changed and become stronger. I love nourishing and fuelling my body and I look and feel younger than I have in my 20s and 30s!
What are your personal fitness goals?
I love building a strong healthy body and becoming the best version of me. Over the last 2 ½ years, the biggest transformation has been my inward journey. I’m so proud of the woman I’ve become and want to continue to grow as a person and focus on a healthy mindset. I would love to be able to help and inspire other women, especially moms, to create healthier mindsets and more self love, good self-esteem and positive self-talk. I’ve started looking into studying the Fitness Life coaching course to hopefully turn my passion into a profession.
