What are your fitness goals?
To reach my body’s optimum level of fitness. I want to be fit enough to do a 20km Spartan race, strong enough to squat 100kg, even when I’m 60 years old, and be lean enough to take a few medals home, while still being a fit mom (when that day comes). I also want to inspire young women to live a healthy and active life.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
I’m a 2-times Arnold Classic Africa Junior Women’s Strict Arm Curl Champion, and a WFF/NABBA SA Junior Women’s Sportsmodel Champion.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I believe that I have the knowledge, passion, drive, compassion and humility to help a nation of amazingly diverse women reach their goals. I can show them that they too can feel comfortable in their bodies and be happy with who they are. believe that I can inspire other women to wear a crown each day and live life to the full, like the Queens they are meant to be.
