I am a physiotherapist and a mother of two lively boys. I juggle family life, running a busy practice and my personal goals, much like any other modern woman. Although it is challenging, it has always been worth it. Most recently, I launched an online platform to show my real life journey of losing my pregnancy weight and achieving the best possible health and physique. I hope it inspires people to see that the only limits we have are the ones we put on ourselves.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
I have always been passionate about health and fitness. I decided to further my passion into my career. During my years spent working as a physiotherapist, I have had the privilege of working with and learning from many different athletes in many different sporting codes. I work out 5 days a week for an hour. I believe that one thing has been prominent in my experience: fitness is so much more than physical conditioning. The self discipline it requires is a form of self-love that says you value yourself enough to invest in yourself. This in turn gives you more love and energy to share with those around you.
What are your personal fitness goals?
My most recent fitness goal is to lose the 16kg I gained during my last pregnancy. To motivate me to achieve this goal, I entered my first Bikini Fitness competition. In the future, a triathlon and, ultimately, an Ironman is definitely on my bucket list.
