What are your fitness goals?
My Fitness goals recently have changed. I have always been interested in competing on stage, so that is something I am working towards for the end of this year. The reason why I am going to compete, is to purely test myself, both mentally and physically. I want to test how strong I am and what I am capable of. Besides from competing I also want to start entering warrior challenges, again to challenge myself and work on my all round fitness levels (cardio vascular, functional, strength)
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I believe I am the next USN Face of Fitness, because I believe in a whole holistic and balanced approach to fitness, something that I believe USN and Fitness Magazine both resemble. I live by the slogan – Find Your Fit- living a healthy active lifestyle that works into your daily life, whether you are a mom, a student or an athlete, we all have different health and fitness needs that suit our lifestyles and that is what I want to encourage everyone to find…their fit! I am so passionate about helping others find not only the escape in fitness, as it has done for me, but also the confidence and pride in themselves when they hit their personal fitness goals.
