What are your personal fitness goals?

To constantly improve, physically, mentally and emotionally and to be healthy and happy in my body. I work out every day to prove to myself that I can always be better. The gym is where I find my strength and confidence to become a better version of myself.

How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?

To inspire women to be healthy, physically, mentally and emotionally. I believe that every woman deserves to feel confident and happy in their own body because life is too short to be consumed with insecurities. I wish to inspire and motivate women to love themselves, to be confident in their body, be kinder to themselves and to help women realise their true worth and potential.

You are only one workout away from being in a better mood

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle

Prior to lockdown, I did strength training at the gym 6 days a week and completed my sessions with some cardio. I would also have squash training twice a week. During lockdown I have kept physically active by running as well as weight training at home along with HIIT home workouts. I live a healthy lifestyle and don’t restrict myself when it comes to food.

I know that I can represent what the Biogen brand stands for as I believe that I promote sustainable, healthy habits and a lifestyle approach to keeping fit. I work out every day to prove to myself that I can always be better. I would be so grateful to inspire women and help them realise their potential.
