What are your personal fitness goals?
Goals have always been a big part of my life; long term and short term- Goals give me direction and motivation to push myself to always become better than I was yesterday.
In the fitness industry I have a few but the main one will be to become an IFBB Pro Athlete and also compete at Arnolds, being on the cover of a fitness magazine was where it all started and that’s where the goal to become a Fitness Athlete and living healthy started.
There will always be parts of us evolving, changing and forming.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
Winning Biogen Face of Fitness ambassadorship, will be a great confidence booster and to me personally as well as giving individuals that every obstacle, triumph and every choice and every lesson make up the result of who and where you are in this present moment. I will use this to encourage and motivate women to keep moving and that success and meeting your goals starts with a step (big or small) to guide them and give them the tools to see that fitness is also a mindset and a fun journey and the culture of fitness is fun!!
I believe every person needs one person who will believe in them to make anything happen; big or small. I want to be that one person!!
I want to show women they are worthy and that they can be part of something special and that we can celebrate their achievements whether it is a small victory and that will give them the confidence they need to step out.
I love to empower women and this platform can reach all of them!! What is more beautiful than women encouraging another?

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
You must always be the best version of YOU and not someone else. I grew up with sports and the outdoors.I believe in 365 days of being healthy and staying in a healthy lifestyle and no quick fix diets, everything is a choice and I choose health (I believe it gives you more time with family to create those fun memories that they will remember forever)
Everything is a 80/20 rule and I stick to it. It helps me stay on track with my exercise and eating plan.
I believe in 80% pushing and 20% pulling. I practise discipline and flexibility, but I believe that discipline has flexibility within. I want to enjoy my body 365 days with a healthy body relationship.
I train Monday-Saturday ( Saturday more focused on outdoor walks and bike rides to doing fun things yet still staying active)
I enjoy weight training and tabata. I have incorporated a lot of bands inside my training with a few adjustments here and there… Being at home, training has become a lifestyle that I can get used to, anytime you want to train you can.Adding more equipment to the home gym has given me more flexibility and I have been so creative with adding different types of exercises
I love to train, it’s my time where I can unwind and make new plans and set up new goals (its my thinking time)

I believe I am the next Biogen Face of Fitness because I am driven, positive and humble enough to help those achieve their goals and get over their obstacles.
I have a fun personality who can socialize well with others! Camera ready and a hard worker who will always strive to be better than I was yesterday.
