How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
Sport has been part of my life from a very young age. Ever since completing my Masters Degree from the University of Stellenbosch, I have been working in the health and fitness industry. I sailed the high seas working as sport staff on cruise ships and worked in the UAE as a personal trainer for the past 7 years. When I am not coaching clients in person, you will find me coaching clients online as part of my online coaching service, where I work mostly with women 1-on-1 or as part of my monthly group online training program. Not only is fitness my job but I highly value my own personal health and fitness. At the moment, I am training 7 days a week, which consists of strength training in the gym and running. I know that fitness not only affects my health but many other areas of my life, which helps me live my life to my full potential.
What are your personal fitness goals?
I would like to keep challenging myself in terms of my physique development and maybe do something that will completely put me outside my comfort zone such as doing a stage competition! I also would like to improve my online coaching systems and services, and further my knowledge in the health and fitness industry to ultimately serve my clients and my community even better.
