Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
I have always been an active and adventurous person. I know I am young, but I want to show people that your age doesn’t matter. Fitness can be an escape, and a way of life for anybody, no matter the stage of your life. My fitness goals are to achieve a healthy body, mind and spirit through constantly challenging myself, both mentally and physically. To do I always introduce new sporting activities and obstacles into my life. I push myself in my training as I aim to eventually start competing in the Bikini division within the next year. Through my fitness goals I aim to inspire all those around me, by showing them that a little bit of physical activity in can turn your life around for the better.
