What are your personal fitness goals?
My personal fitness goal may seem small to some, but to me, they are large milestones. I aim to continue living a healthy and balanced lifestyle each and every day. My goal is to wake up and get my body moving no matter how heavy the world may seem some days, I want to continue to better my physical and mental ability when it comes to my fitness and strength inside and outside of the gym.
Another big goal for me is to continue getting stronger – there is such a stereotype related to females and weightlifting, I want to prove people wrong due to the fact that lifting weights has not only shaped me into a better person physically, but mentally too.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness
ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
Growing up I have always been surrounded by athletes and a healthy lifestyle, but through this, it has taught me to be fierce, strong, and powerful in every aspect of my life. I believe that I am a real example for women all over because whilst I am not a fitness model, I do like to treat myself when I feel the need too and I want people all over to realize in order to live a healthy lifestyle, you do not have to stop living. I want women, and men to know that if you skip a day of training or if you ate one snack too many, it is okay. At the end of the day, we are all human. I want to be a pure, genuine, and real example where people feel comfortable enough to reach out to me and to be apart of my real-life whenever they wish too.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
My fitness lifestyle consists of training x5 a week. I have recently found a new love for CrossFit, it has transformed my body, mind, and soul tremendously. I strongly believe in listening to my body and resting when it needs to. My active recovery and rest days consist of outdoor runs with my puppy or open water swims, both of these are soul food for me.
I don’t stick to a strict diet as I never want to fully restrict myself as no person should. I have an all-round healthy intake and I always try and choose the healthiest option on the menu, if there is a time where it is not the healthiest option – I am never too hard on myself because as mentioned before, one should never stop living when trying to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I believe I am the Biogen face of fitness 2020 because I am real. I am open, honest, and authentic to who I am, how I think, what I eat, what I do on a daily basis, and how I got to where I am today. no matter how many challenges are thrown my way, I will always strive to be my true and authentic self, while giving 110% effort.
Through this, I want to be an example for others who wish to embark on a new fitness journey, who want to have fun and make it a lifestyle rather than a quick fix. I believe that I can inspire others to find a passion and love for simply moving their bodies whether it be by walking, running, lifting weights, or climbing ropes. I want to be that example for everyone on the good and bad days no matter one’s shape, size, or past. I want to show the world that fitness and a healthy lifestyle is the most exciting experience out there and that it is an achievable and realistic goal for absolutely everyone. I believe that with the help of the incredible brand that Biogen is, anything is possible!
