What are your fitness goals?
To get in the best shape I’ve ever been in, in preparation for an eBook I am currently working on – and work on my strength & conditioning to both challenge myself and improve my performance.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I represent well the average woman who is interested in having a healthy and active lifestyle, and I think my journey will resonate with a lot of women who are on their journey of finding what works for them in their health and fitness life and are seeking to be the best version of themselves.
My quest to living a healthy lifestyle is what has inspired me to help others find success in this area – so my mission has become assisting women to create healthy and sustainable lifestyles that work for them, and showing that a healthy lifestyle is indeed possible for every kind of woman in whatever space she finds herself in.
