My goal is to get stronger, improve my flexibility and keep fit for a lifetime.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
Yes, I am a boot camp trainer I host boot camps every weekend in Soweto and I also do classes at my local gym every weekend. I was also featured in the local Caxton community newspaper and the article about fitness in the community.

I am dedicated, driven and a hard working person. I am very passionate about keeping fit and I would align very well with the USN brand because I love seeing other people keep active and fit, and I enjoy helping people reach their fitness goals. Like USN it supplies good sport nutrition supplements which help people with their performance, physique and for them to reach their goals.
