What are your fitness goals?
I believe in being fit, not necessarily strong. When you’re fit, changes happen. I’m not a seasonal active person – it’s my lifestyle. I constantly set goals for myself to beat by previous PBs. At the end of the day it’s about being happy with yourself, your health and your fitness. I focus on short- and long-term goals. One of my biggest goals for 2018 will be to run a 42km marathon. I also enjoy spinning, running and weight training.
What sporting achievements should we know about?
I used to be an OCR athlete and was chosen to represent S.A at the World Championships in 2016 and 2017.
Why do you think you’re the next USN Face of Fitness?
I believe that every person deserves their own sunshine and I like to be a ray of sun to others. I love to see women realising their worth, and seeing how they grow and blossom into the beauty they are destined to be.
