I am a Sports Management graduate from the University of Johannesburg, and an alumni of the Market Theatre Laboratory, where I did part-time courses. I’m a vibrant, energetic and loud character. Though I come across as shy, I lighten up the room with kindness and a big smile. Most of my friends say I’m funny, but I don’t really think so. I do however like to bring laughter to the party, as I believe it’s the best way to lighten people’s days. I love the great outdoors and I’m always on a mission of finding new adventures and just spiking my adrenaline through activities. I love fashion and have a great eye for styling.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
Fitness is a very critical part of my lifestyle. It’s actually the main foundation. It has helped me cope with life transitions, from high school to varsity and the most tricky part, adulthood. In 2015, I suffered from mild depression and was placed on antidepressants for 6 months. After taking the pills for 3 weeks, I stopped and decided to find refuge at the gym. So fitness for me is not only for the physical benefit. I include fitness into my lifestyle to keep my mind, body and soul balanced. I like pushing my body to see how far my strength can take me. I am a strong believer in taking care of my body, and in that way it will take care of me too. However, I still have more to learn and that is why I believe that fitness is a continuous journey. A journey that needs you to always be willing to learn along the road, and to find new ways to reinvent your fitness as you grow.
What are your personal fitness goals?
All my life my weight has been within the 45-49kg bracket, until Covid-19 hit SA in 2020. I finally reached over 50kg, having weighed 53kg. Then the pandemic happened and life as we knew it changed. My ultimate goal has always been to reach an ideal weight of 55kg by gaining much more muscle and having better muscle definition. My fitness goal is not only a goal I have for myself, but one I like to share with ladies – that having muscle can also look hot and sexy. Another personal fitness goal is to be able to take on my own stunts on set, as I’m very interested in police crime dramas and action movies. Being an aspiring actor, not many females in our country are in the space and I believe with my talent and fitness capabilities, I can definitely reach greater heights.
