What are your personal fitness goals?
My fitness goals are to build muscle, improve my flexibility and get stronger.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
There is no greater agony than the untold story inside you. I’m keen to become part of an organisation that aims to improve our society through providing platforms for women empowerment. I believe it takes a woman with a relatable story and life experiences to inspire other women. I want to represent the unheard women who don’t believe in themselves and are having difficulty stepping out of their comfort zone. I want to empower women with different shapes and sizes to fall in love with who they are and try to live a healthy lifestyle.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I exercise 4- 5 days a week, once a day. An example of my meal in the morning is Future life and an energy bar, a Greek salad, hake and corn for lunch, and chicken breasts, beans, corn and brown rice for dinner. I snack on pineapples, energy bars and berries.

I’m passionate about fitness and a healthy lifestyle. I want to empower people to change their unhealthy lifestyles and begin a beautiful journey to a healthy lifestyle. I want to empower women who don’t believe in themselves and encourage them to step out of their comfort zone to become who they want.
