What are your personal fitness goals?
My personal fitness goal is to improve myself every day, not only physically but mentally as well, because your body can achieve what your mind believes. Even though results take time, I constantly remind myself to be patient and I do not set unrealistic goals for myself.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
I will use my #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women, young and old, to never give up on their dreams and goals. I will constantly remind them that everything is possible if you are willing to work hard and never give up. I will recommend that they set themselves goals, even if it is just a small goal because I believe that without goals, you can’t achieve anything.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
Before lockdown you would have seen me in the gym at least two times a day. I enjoy my cardio in the morning (especially spinning classes) and my weight training at night. During lockdown everyone needed to change their habits, I continued with my cardio by jogging and weight training at night. My health and fitness will always be a big part of my life and it is a major stress reliever.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
Everyone that knows me will agree that I’m a go-getter and I never give up on my goals, no matter how hard it gets. That’s why I think I will set a great example to others out there who need extra motivation to reach their goals. I am definitely someone who will always tell you that everything is possible if you believe in yourself.
