My main Fitness Goals is to help and inspire woman all over the country, by helping them live up to their highest standards as a woman and actually ENJOYING it. ALWAYS feeling and looking fantastic! Living a healthy and fit lifestyle FOREVER!
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
My whole life I have been a fitness “junky” and achieved a lot in my Sporting career:
– Netball – Gauteng Colours 2009 & Action Netball 2017-2019
– Athletics – SA’s 2010 (400m)
– Cross Country – Sedibeng Colours 2007-2010
– Karate – Protea Colours 2009&2010 (Belt: Brown 3)
– Beach Bikini Fitness: IFBB/BBSA Sedibeng Provincials 2018 (3rd place – selected for SA’s), BBSA National Championships 2018 (5th place) & amp, Gentle Giants Classics 2018 (3rd place).

Throw back 26 years and I am still going strong!
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I know I can become the USN face of Fitness 2019, because I reflect what motivates and inspired people by working hard, being determined and enjoy living a healthy lifestyle. To eat healthy and train every day of your life is not a “mountain to climb”, it is a very spectacular feeling I want to share with the woman in our world. I want to help woman enjoy a healthy and fit lifestyle. I believe that is what the USN Face of Fitness Magazine must represent and I have trust in myself to become that and change peoples lives.
