I was working to be a professional dancer when I damaged my ankle and my doctor told me I wouldn’t be able to dance professionally. With my heart sore, I had the operation and felt sorry for myself for a while till I found yoga. I started taking classes constantly and started finding myself again. After a few years, I realised that I needed to teach yoga, so I started my 200h yoga certification and have pursued my calling.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
Fitness is part of my everyday lifestyle, whether it be teaching yoga, teaching dance, meditation, getting in a sweaty workout session or fuelling my body with healthy and nutritious food.
What are your personal fitness goals?
I would love to further my career in the fitness industry in yoga, personal training and nutrition. I would love to help people succeed in their journeys and I believe people feed off my crazy energy.
