What are your personal fitness goals?
Practice mindfulness and gratitude daily, with no self criticism, and get stronger and increase my muscle mass while toning up. I also aim for 10,000 steps a day, and to live as fit and healthy as possible.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
Imparting my passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle to women of all ages. I want to show women what can be achieved if you put your mind to it, and that there are so many different ways they can use their minds and bodies to explore the possibilities and benefits to living a healthy and fit lifestyle.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
Having a balanced fitness lifestyle has become increasingly important for my personal health and well-being in this fast-paced, modern world we live in. I also have to sustain a balanced diet, alongside my personal fitness regimen to help improve and stabilise my overall health and wellbeing.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
People are likely to follow a person who has great health and lifestyle goals. Hopefully I am a good example of that person. I know I can show people that it is worth living healthy.
